The Year in Review: Reflect, Reset & Reconnect

As another year comes to an end, we're taking 45 minutes to look back on 2026 and think about what's next.

Join Women in Amazon Business for an informal online reflection session, bringing together women from across the Amazon industry to share experiences, celebrate achievements and discuss what we've learned along the way.

What we'll be discussing:

• Our biggest wins and proudest moments from 2026
• Challenges we've faced and lessons we've learned
• What we'd like to change or do differently
• Our priorities and ambitions for 2027

How will the session work?

This will be an open, community-led conversation rather than a formal workshop or webinar.

We'll share a simple two-page career reflection worksheet ahead of the session, which you can complete beforehand if you'd like.

Whether you're looking to make a career change, develop in your current role or simply take some time to reflect, everyone is welcome.
